Executives on the InXpress leadership team understand the franchise models because they’re franchisees, too
Dustin Hansen, CEO InXpress Americas
Dustin joined the InXpress team as a young ambitious entrepreneur, opening the first stateside franchise in Atlanta in 2006. Under Dustin’s leadership, his franchise generated more than $1 million in revenue in its first full year. Dustin has also led the growth at InXpress Americas, taking the company from $2 million in 2009 to nearly $115 million in 2015. He was named InXpress Americas Executive Vice President in 2009, CEO in 2012 and CEO of InXpress Americas in 2014. Dustin was presented with the prestigious Acquisition International CEO of the Year Award in January 2016.
Dave Bernhisel, Chief Financial Officer
Dave came to InXpress in 2015 as an experienced Finance Executive with a proven track record of increasing profitability while facilitating rapid sales growth. His 30-plus year career at L-3 Communication Systems, including 17 as Director of Finance, provided him with hands-on progressive experience in budgeting and forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, employee coaching, internal auditing, financial analysis and investments evaluation, among other skills. His degrees are from Brigham Young University (Accounting) and Utah State University (MBA).
Paul Knott, Senior Vice President for U.S. Sales
Paul is the Senior Vice President for U.S. Sales and oversees all franchisees and franchise coaches within the U.S. Paul is responsible for customer satisfaction, franchisee satisfaction and market growth. Paul has been with the company since 2014 and brought with him over 20 years of sales management, training and operations experience to the InXpress Team from two Fortune 500 companies. Paul brings a fresh perspective to his role as he has worked in sales and operations both in and out of the transportation industry. He holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Utah.
